We have all been there. A delicious recipe that lists ingredients in grams or ounces and your kitchen doesn’t have a scale, measuring cups or measuring spoons to weigh them. Standard cup size in European kitchen is 240 ml (IKEA also), while American can be slightly bigger (250 ml). Put your dry ingredients into the cup as you are making your tea or coffee (ie. being around 1 cm under the edge).
